Your privacy matters. This policy describes how BookNestly handles information when you use our website and services.
1. Who we are

- Customer and event information: names, contact details, inquiry messages, event dates, event requirements, quotes, contracts, and related booking information entered by you.

The information collected depends on the features available and how you use them. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and the service expressly supports it.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain BookNestly.
- Create and manage accounts and business workspaces.
- Organize leads, clients, events, quotes, and contracts.
- Support payment-related workflows when those features are available.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the service.

- Diagnose technical problems and improve the application.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Business customer data
BookNestly is designed for event businesses. A business using BookNestly may enter information about its own clients, leads, and events.
That business is responsible for ensuring it has an appropriate legal basis to collect and use the information it enters into BookNestly, providing any required notices, and responding to requests from its customers where applicable.
If you are a client of an event business that uses BookNestly, please contact that business first about information it has entered into the service. You may also contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate contact.
5. How information may be shared
We may share information in limited circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors that help host, operate, secure, or support BookNestly. These may include our hosting, database, authentication, and infrastructure providers.
- Payment providers: if payment features are enabled, payment information may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider used for the relevant workflow.
- Business workspace users: information may be accessible to authorized members of the business workspace that controls it.
- Legal and safety purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights, or address fraud and security concerns.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable privacy laws.
6. Payments and third-party services
BookNestly may integrate with third-party services to provide features such as payment processing. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
If and when payment integrations are enabled, payment card and bank details should be submitted through the applicable payment provider rather than sent to us by email. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers or card security codes in BookNestly.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
7. Cookies and technical data
BookNestly and its service providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies where needed for functions such as authentication, session management, security, and service operation.
Hosting and security systems may also generate technical logs. If optional analytics or other tracking technologies are introduced, we will provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
Your browser may allow you to control cookies. Disabling essential cookies may affect some features.
8. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and circumstances.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
You can contact us using the email address below to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfill requests in certain circumstances permitted by law.
If your information was entered by an event business using BookNestly, we may direct your request to that business or work with it to respond.
10. Children’s privacy
BookNestly is intended for business use and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the situation.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as BookNestly evolves or our legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
